Exactly what I was thinking. Take Mike Young...he's an up and comer

that is doing great things. He would have loved to have a contract that would have a "lottery" type payout if he coached a national title team.

I just think there has to be a good candidate (like Young) that has an initial incentive to do well, that could also be super-driven to get that brass ring.
